Labels can be refunded if they have not been scanned by USPS. Once a label has been scanned into the USPS system, it cannot be refunded. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
You can use any plain box or packaging material. However, USPS-branded Priority Mail boxes (the free ones from USPS) should only be used with Priority Mail service. Do not use Priority Mail boxes with Ground Advantage labels.
Labels are typically generated within a few seconds after purchase. In rare cases, processing may take up to a few minutes. Once ready, you can download your label from the Order History page.
USPS tracking numbers are typically 20-22 digits long and start with "92" or "94". If you download tracking data in Excel, the numbers may appear in scientific notation — use the "Format as Text" option in Excel to display the full number.
We offer two label formats: 4×6 inch thermal labels (ideal for thermal printers) and 8.5×11 inch paper labels (for regular printers). Select your preferred format when creating a label.
We support CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx), and legacy Excel (.xls) files. Files must be UTF-8 encoded and under 5 MB. You can include up to 100 labels per file.
USPS Ground Advantage supports packages up to 15.99 oz (just under 1 lb). For heavier packages, use Priority Mail which supports up to 70 lbs.
USPS Ground Advantage is best for lightweight packages (up to 15.99 oz) with 2-5 day delivery. Priority Mail is designed for heavier packages (up to 70 lbs) with faster 1-3 day delivery. Priority Mail also includes up to $100 of insurance.
